1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoveredUntil (“the Site”), operated by Poscard Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

CoveredUntil is an informational reference site that aggregates publicly available warranty information for consumer products. We do not issue, administer, extend, or modify any warranties. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer, brand, or retailer listed on the Site.

3. Informational Purposes Only

All warranty information on the Site is provided for general informational and reference purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, professional advice, or a guarantee of any kind. Warranty terms, conditions, and coverage are determined solely by the applicable manufacturer or retailer. You should always verify warranty information directly with the manufacturer before making any decisions.

4. No Warranty

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSCARD INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (B) ANY RELIANCE PLACED ON WARRANTY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; OR (C) ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN THE SITE'S CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site in a manner that places undue burden on our infrastructure
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the Site without express written permission
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, and product names mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners. CoveredUntil is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the manufacturers or brands listed. The CoveredUntil name, logo, and site design are the property of Poscard Inc.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
